1.Cancellations

1.1 Banana Bus reserves the right to cancel, reschedule or delay ANY services at ANY time.

1.2 Services cancelled by Banana Bus are entitled to a FULL refund, with ALL monies or Credits to be paid within 30 Days of the cancellation date.

 

1.3 Booking cancellation requests at least 5 business days prior to your scheduled departure date are entitled to a full refund of the original purchase price.

 

1.4 Cancellation of bookings within fewer than 5 business days but more than 72 hours before booked departure time, are entitled to 50% refund of the original purchase price.

 

1.5 Cancellations within fewer than 72 hours of booking are NOT entitled to a refund or credit for future travel.

 

1.6 Any monies payable back to ticket holders is subject to a maximum 30-day waiting transfer period.

 

2. Booking Changes

2.1 Changes to ANY ticket(s) more than 5 business days before scheduled departure time(s) including name change or pickup location change are subject to a $20 change of detail(s) fee. Relevant fees must be paid in full prior to any changes being made. ALL changes are subject to availability.

 

2.2 ONLY name changes will be accepted within less than 5 days of scheduled departure time.

 

3. Drugs and Alcohol

3.1 Under no circumstances is alcohol to be consumed on any Banana Bus vehicles or any vehicles provided as part of your booking. Failure to comply will result in an immediate escort from the vehicle. Expelled passengers forfeit the right to any refunds.

 

3.2 Under no circumstances are illicit drugs to be carried on board, stored or transported on any Banana Bus vehicles or any vehicles provided as part of your booking. Failure to comply will result in an immediate escort from the vehicle. Expelled passengers forfeit the right to any refunds.

 

3.3 Under no circumstances are illicit drugs to be consumed on board any Banana Bus vehicles or any vehicles provided as part of your booking. Failure to comply will result in an immediate escort from the vehicle. 3.4 Under no circumstances is smoking allowed on board any Banana Bus vehicles or any vehicles provided as part of your booking. Failure to comply will result in an immediate escort from the vehicle. Expelled passengers forfeit the right to any refunds.

 

 

4. Luggage

4.1 Banana Bus has a strict 1 (one) piece large suitcase or similar, plus 1 (one) piece personal carry on size luggage policy. There is no option to book extra luggage.

4.2 ANY ‘extra’ luggage brought to the pickup point outside of the 1 (one) large and 1 (one) carry on size luggage policy will NOT be accepted on the service. Banana Bus takes NO responsibility for any luggage/personal effects.

 

 

5. Offensive Behaviour

5.1 NO DICKHEADS policy.

 

5.2 Under no circumstances will offensive, unruly, or intimidating behavior be tolerated toward any Banana Bus passengers, employees or those in contact with or in close proximity to any Banana Bus vehicle including on-looking general public.

 

5.3 Any passengers involved or engaging in ANY offensive behavior including but not limited to bullying (incuding verbal, cyber or other), offensive language, swearing, physical violence or physical damage to any Banana Bus vehicles or any vehicles provided as part of your booking will result in an immediate escort from the vehicle. Expelled passengers forfeit the right to any refunds.

 

6. Departure Times

6.1 Upon purchasing your Banana Bus ticket, you understand and agree to be at your selected/instructed pickup location; whether for your forward or return travel for your festival of choice at least 15 minutes prior to the scheduled departure time.

 

6.2 ALL Banana Bus services running to scheduled times WILL leave no later than 5 minutes after the scheduled departure time. This includes collection points and destination locations.

 

6.3 Those who DO NOT arrive on time and as a result miss the bus are NOT entitled to ANY refund(s) or Banana Bus credits.

 

6.4 Upon purchasing your Banana Bus booking you are also agreeing that you have a valid ticket to the festival/event for the nominated transport booking. Banana Bus is not responsible for providing a return service for those who fail to have the correct festival/event entry ticket.

 

7. Property damage

7.1 Banana Bus and/or charter bus companies employed by Banana Bus reserve the right to eject from the bus or deny access to ANY person(s) found causing damage to ANY buses, Banana Bus property or the personal property of Banana Bus customers.

 

7.2 ANYONE found damaging ANY property could face prosecution for the damage caused.

 

7.3 ANYONE who causes ANY damage understands and accepts the financial cost to repair or replace the damage they have caused, as seen fit by the owner or caretaker of the damaged property.

 

8. Promotion Material

8.1 ANY Banana Bus Branded material is to ONLY be used and represented for its intended purpose.

 

8.2 ANY stickers, posters or other transferable branded material given to Banana Bus customers is to ONLY be placed on YOUR OWN personal property.

 

8.3 Banana Bus holds ANY and ALL individuals responsible for ANY and ALL damages caused by branded Banana Bus material to ANY and ALL public and private property.

 

9. Right to Refuse/Cancel Booking

9.1    Banana Bus and its representatives reserve the right to cancel or refuse service to ANY Banana Bus customers at ANYTIME.

 

 

10. Itineraries

10.1 ALL Banana Bus services have a predetermined route; this may include several pickups for the one bus on ANY and ALL Banana Bus routes to and from the selected destination.

 

10.2 Banana Bus reserve the right to change or alter ANY and ALL services predetermined at ANYTIME.

 

11.    Lost Property

11.1 If you have forgotten or lost an item or personal affects please contact info@bananabus.com.au giving full details including your name, date and time of travel, destination, item description and other relevant information, so we can help you find it. ALL luggage and personal affects are your own responsibility.
